Program description: Current guests of Lake View Inn who provide a phone number at check-in receive text messages about their stay, including rent due reminders, payment confirmations, receipts, and late notices, with a link to our secure payment page.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You can expect up to 4 messages per week while you are a current guest.

Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel text messages. You will receive one final confirmation message, and then no further texts.

Consent: Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of renting a room. If you prefer not to receive texts, you may ask to receive payment reminders and receipts in person or by another method instead.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
